Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Your Order

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.  If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us with details of your order.

Product Orders

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days.  You will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped with details of your tracking number.  If you require your items in a hurry, please contact us with details of your order and we’ll be happy to help.

Service Orders

You will receive confirmation of your purchase after you have placed your order.  You will then receive a subsequent email with further details about the service and notification of next steps.

Events, Retreats & Workshops

You will receive confirmation of your purchase after you have placed your order.  You will then receive a subsequent email with further details about the event and notification of full details about the Event, Retreat and/or Workshop.

Shipping – Australia

Items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days.  All orders in Australia are shipped door to door using registered & tracked postage or courier service, requiring the purchaser to sign for the parcel upon delivery.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your item.  Australia-wide shipping costs $16 unless otherwise specified.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and where applicable are GST inclusive.

Entered the wrong delivery address

If you just placed your order and have entered the wrong delivery address, contact us immediately to edit your delivery address before your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend a delivery address after an item has been dispatched.  If you entered an incorrect address during checkout, we are not accountable nor liable for any delay in transit/delivery times, nor if the item does not arrive to you.

Shipping – International

Golden Light Designs products can be shipped globally.  Tracked International shipping incurs a $35 freight charge.  All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).  Please allow 14-21 days for delivery of your item.

Customs & Import Duty Charges

Certain countries have import duty and taxes that are incurred when shipping products into the country.  Customs duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid by the recipient of the goods. These duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country). Cost of duties will vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted by Golden Light Designs. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.

Please allow 7 business days after you receive confirmation your order has been shipped, before querying your order delivery.  If you need to follow up your order, please contact us with your name, contact number and delivery address.

Order Tracking – International

Please allow 14 business days after you receive confirmation your order has been shipped, before querying your order delivery.  If you need to follow up your order, please contact us with your name, contact number and delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted and customised art jewellery and other products, we do not refund for change of mind.  All product related refund requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately or within 7 business days of receipt of your order.  Please include your name, contact number, delivery address, proof of purchase and details of any faults or damage.  We will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

NB: We do not accept returns on sale items.
